2004 Explorer Starting Problem

I just got home after an 1 hour drive, parked the car, a week later one of my boys wanted to use it to tow his boat. it will try to start but them dies after a second or two. Looked at the Fuel cutoff switch, any ideals what it could be?

Fuel pump. Check the fuel pressure.

turn the key to the start position do not start it , Listen if you can hear the pump it should buzz for a second or two..If you hear it do it two or three more times, Then try to start it
