Hey y'all I've got a 2004 Ford Explorer with a 5R55S that I have had rebuilt twice. Both times after the rebuild, the transmission will not go into gear, no codes. From my knowledge there was a transgo upgrade kit installed, with the pump control valve swapped out for a sonnax valve, a new pump installed, a rebuilt solenoid, and a new torque converter. Today, once it warms up outside (I couldn't get the transmission to warm up last night) I'm going to try to check my fluid level. Any thoughts/advice is appreciated!

Did it shift between the two rebuilds?
No DTC is good, i would check the line pressure first.

If the valve body was off, maybe the linkage sits not in his notch.

I think the manual valve in this 5R55S video should be turned.

If you get this valve new, that should not be the issue.

Another good mod is to delete the thermostatic bypass valve (inside VB) to ensure the oil will be
continiously cooled.

Good luck!

Update:
Thanks y'all for the help, the guy who rebuilt that transmission rebuilt the one that I was swapping out and that one is working great! Still no clue what was wrong with the other one though, I think something must have been damaged when I bolted the bell housing all the way onto the engine without lining up the torque converter bolts with the flywheel when I was doing some rear timing chain work right before that transmission broke down.
