I just put gas in the truck got to a red light hit the gas and the truck died out, still had power. It hasn't started since, it wants to turn over there is no fuel smell, but still won't start any ideas as to what this can be?

It sounds suspicious that it happened just after you gassed up. Could have been water in the fuel.
It could be that your fuel pump decided to give up. I would start with getting a fuel pressure gage and checking that first. If you have good pressure I would drain off some of the gas from the fuel rail and see if it has water in it.

Water is denser than gas and will go to the bottom of your tank to become the first thing the pump will suck up.

Smack the fuel tank with a rubber mallet a few times, cycle the ignition key on for 3-seconds, off for 3-seconds a few times and try to restart the engine.
