2004 Ford Sport Trac

Hi! I'm a new member, I bought a 2004 Ford Sport Trac and I was so exited and happy. After 2 weeks of using it, I heard a knocking sound on the engine. The mechanics said that the engine was done, can't use it anymore. The guy who sold me the trac said he can't do nothing about it. Can someone help me if where can I get or buy an engine because I don't want to loose my trac.

Welcome to the forum! Good please for rebuilt engines would be Jasper and they normally come with a 3 year warranty I believe. Its a shame that the guy won't do anything about the engine dying in two weeks. Good luck!

Welcome to this forum! You should file a complaint, and use the lemon law to get a full refund.

Thank you for your help guys. I already talk with this mechanic and his giving me a rebuild engine, what is the different of rebuild and used.

Used means that it's old with mileage, and rebuilt means that it has new internal parts.
