2004 gauge problems

the gauges on my 2004 ford explorer flicker every now an then even when explorer is turned off, has anyone had this problem or know what could fix it?

I've had this occur a few times, and each time it was either a loose battery terminal, corroded battery terminal, or a weak/dying battery. Good luck!
