I have 2004 Ford Explorer and I have recently been experiencing rough shifting in the transmission. It only happens when I'm slowing down between 20 and 30 MPH. (It makes a thud noise.) If I'm coming to a quick stop at a stop light, that is when I notice it the most. Has anyone else experienced this? Of note, I changed the transmission fluid about two months ago and after that is when I noticed it started doing it.
