2004 Sport Trac (100k mi) gas gauge issue.

For a long time now the gauge has been erratic. (Usually goes way past full on fillup as an example). After reading about the anti-slosh module it sounded like that might be my problem. Removed the cluster this morning and could not find anything that look like what I saw in YouTube. Was the anti-slosh module not installed on some models?
The attached files shows the back of my instrument panel.
