2004 Sport Trac XLT Wheels?

I'm looking to buy wheels for my 2004 ST XLT and I was wondering what size the lug pattern was, I'm not sure if its 5x5 or 5x4.5. Can anyone help me out? I'm looking at these wheels:

Ok I want these wheels 16x8, to fit the 255/70r16 tires and I want to know what back spacing I need, if anyone can help, that would be awesome! thanks!
