I purchased my 2005 Sport Trac in August of 2017 and like it very much. Have had to have some work done on it but that is to be expected on a used truck with 114,000 miles. The gas gauge stopped working but was easily repaired with a fuse replacement. I worked in a Ford dealership before I retired and liked the Sport Trac when they were first introduced. The only problem I have with it now is the ABS light is on. I have had it scanned in three different places with three different scanners and they all say they cannot connect to the ABS system. One of the scanners was in a large repair shop and was an advanced system that I was assured should be able to read an ABS system. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know what would be my next step. I cannot afford to just throw parts at it and hope for a fix.
