Hi all,
I bought a used 2005 Sport trac that I know has some issues but the price was right so im going to see if I can solve some problems with a little help. The check engine light is on but the codes say its an O2 sensor or vacuum leak. The Keyless entry & anti theft was removed a couple of years ago at app 35000 miles according to Car Fax which leads me to believe there was a problem or due to the fact that the car was repossessed 2 times in that period. I can hear the anti theft warning buzzer go off intermittently (at least I think that is what it is since the dummy light goes on & then I hear the buzzing. Also the battery indicator illuminates occasionally & all the gauges went down as if there was no power to them but the engine is still running with no hiccups. Sorry for being so long winded & thanks in advance for your help.
