2006 4.0 torque specs

Alright I have searched everywhere online and can't find the torque specs for the throttle body and intake manifold on a 2006 4.0 sohc. Anyone have a repair manual that could help me out?

I've ordered a Haynes manual but it hasn't arrived yet.
