in the beginning it was great...... then my traction control light came on with no warning during start up. it stayed on for the duration of my drive.

The next day it stayed on and then the engine light came on. During the start up procedure it takes more cranks than normal and struggles to start. The temp gauge also failed to work as well. It runs normal!

What would u gents think is the issue if not more than one?

I would start by having the battery checked. A bad battery can do funky things to these vehicles.
