2006 Mountaineer Horn does not work

2006 Mountaineer 4.6l The horn will not work. Don't think its the clockspring. every thing else on wheel works(temp, cruise, radio). pulled wheelwell liner to access horn. put meter on cannon plug, nothing when horn pushed and no power. Should I hear clicking from relay? (none). which relay is it? don't have owners manual. fuse good. Anything???

hey , were you able to figure out your problem? My horn wont stop honking and i cant figure out what wrong . Or doesn anyone have an extract from the repair manual?
