2007 4.0 sohc replacement

trying to replace a 4.0 sohc motor in an 07 explorer. The existing motor is having timing chain issues. I have access to an 02 explorer with a good 4.0 sohc How much stuff would I have to swap from the original motor if both are vin E? I know the intake is 1 thing, any other pointers?

Best bet is to strip it to a long block and swap everything from your engine over.
