2007 Explorer Head replacements

i have a explorer with 812e heads. that i am looking to replace due to the engine being over heated and cams having some wear. The heads i currently have do not have oil spray bars but i found some replacement ones that do have them and say the fit 8l2e. Would I be able to interchange them?

Right in what you posted, it says that if you have a application question, to call them. That may be the best thing you can do if you plan to buy from them.
