2007 Ford Explorer harmonic balancer

Just had a belt pop off and checked the pulleys and seen the harmonic balancer was bad. Pulled the fan and fan cowling put a ratchet strap around the pulley and the bolt WILL NOT move even the slightest....please help.

Get a bigger bar. Leverage is your friend. Use an impact if you have it. If that still fails, heat it up.

Remember that bolt is torque-to-yield, single use, so you need to replace it when you put it back.
