2007 Noise when turning

I am trying to trace a noise. At low speeds I get a kind of deep howl when turning, or going uphill. I am pretty certain that its coming from the front.

Any ideas what this could be?

Generally sounds when you're turning is wheel bearings, how many miles are on it? Have the wheel bearings ever been replaced?

120k miles, wheel bearings I believe have been replaced. It was new to me a couple months ago. I had it inspected then and everything checked out ok, but the noise has always been there
