I just finished the radiator installation on my 07 Ex XLT V8 86K. I hardest part is removing the trans lines in the radiator. I found the Lisle tool 39960 at Oreilly Auto for $10. Once the tool is inserted you have to pull very hard to get the line out. Also, pulling out the radiator/supports is a 2 person job. There is very little clearance because of the A/C lines are not the flexable. I also wired up the A/C condenser because it falls down and gets in the way. All in all it is a fairly straight foward job and you can save a lot of money versus the dealer.
