2008 Explorer rear squeak

Every since I have owned my explorer I have had a squeak coming from the driver side rear. It is under warranty but the dealer has tried 3 times and failed to fix it. It only squeaks periodically, usually after getting up to high speed then slowing down. There is a direct correlation with the frequency of the squeak and my speed. After about 35 mph you don't hear it any longer.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
