Well a local man brought us his Extreme Sport Track this truck has a 4.6 3V motor in it, So I called Vortech and they did not make a kit, there is a Eaton style out there by a company, but it is VERY labor intensive, and requires the fire wall to be massaged as to putting it lightly, so I again called John at Vortech, they agreed to send me a dummy head unit and a 3V mount kit, and Steve pulled it in and started a tear down, and it fits perfect, the issue is the OEM radiator has to go along with the blade cooling fan, will use a air to air heat exchanger, and will run about 6 PSI, if I can do a clean install Vortech will send them to us, so here are the initial pictures.

Here is the dummy head unit installed as you can see the radiator will have to be changed.

Well we finished the dyno today I am satisfied with the results, at only six PSI you can see what it made, I am going to finish some cosmetic work and it is ready for pick up.

pretty cool. Tell him to go 10 PSI now :) with a good tune it should be able to take a lot more and still be plenty safe.

I actually never moved the cursor to the end of the run, and I caught it this morning when the customer was here to pick it up, the truck made 362/301 at 6.3 PSI and yes he wants to up the boost.
