2008 Sunroof problem

The sunroof in explorer won't open actually all is does is click one time when you hit the open button, I have removed the switch and jumped out the harness and still nothing. I have also replaced the motor with a known working used motor. All fuses are good, any help would be appreciated.

Welcome. You might have to lower the headliner & check the cables & the track.

I have open the roof manually using an allen wrench and there seems to be no obstructions.
