Can the transmission oil cooler line that goes from the bottom of the radiator (passenger side) to the transmission oil cooler be replaced without pulling the radiator out?

Yes, the line can be changed by itself. They are a pain to disconnect without the right tool.

From underneath. They are "quick" disconnect lines (7D273A below)

Thanks - I was apparently not clear on my ask. I'm referring to the line labeled "7890" that goes to the actual trans oil cooler in front of the radiator.
