2010 Explorer Sport Trac V8 4.6L A/C Issue

Hello,

I am having A/C issues and some advice or help would be appreciated. My A/C is cooling but maybe some blockage is causing my Compressor to be clicking on and off rapidly. I have tested the Pressure switches and replaced the Expansion Valve but same issue of the Compressor clicking on and off rapidly. Should I replace the Condenser? Is there another switch beside the one on the Compressor?

Any suggestions?

Short cycling is often caused by low refrigerant levels.

Whenever I do check the refrigeration levels by a professional a/c technician, I'm told it's good. What are the preferred levels for this ac system?
