My 2010 ford explorer with automatic transmission will not go into gear on occasions , I looked for the problem on the internet and it said to put the vehicle in neutral and increase rpm for short time. I did and it worked, but did not solve problem. Doe's anyone know what causes it to do that and how to fix it properly?
