hey everyone, I was wondering if I could help on this issue
I often have this light come up on my dashboard and it tells me that I have a tire sensor fault
I'm not sure if the sensor is on the valve or if it's a belt inside the wheel

They are the blue band style.
Check your pressure first. Probably a sensor failure. Batteries are probably on their way out. If you take it into a shop they can change them for you. Looking at around 60 bucks a rim around here if not more. Most will recommend to do all 4 because if the batteries in one are on the way out, the others aren't far behind. They will use aftermarket stem style replacements. OEM are over 100 a piece from the stealership.
The other option: 50 bucks will buy you a programmer at the stealership. You can follow the training procedure and find out which one wont program. Then go on ebay and get a 20 dollar sensor. Take your wheel to a shop and have them pop the tire off the rim, most will take it off the rim for free. Pop on the new sensor, throw the tire together and then program it and you are back up and running.
I did the latter a month or so ago.
