2010 Sport Trac towing.

Hi to all, looks like a great forum!
I do have a specific quetion for a 2010 sport trac, AWD, 6 speed auto.
Ford had a kit to allow flat towing (Ford parts guys found it in his parts book), no longer available as their supplier no longer supplies. Any one know where to get one of these?

If you do have AWD (4wd without switches) you can't set it up for a Neutral tow. The 4wd (switches on dash - Auto, 4x4, 4x4Low) there is a Neutral position on in the case, and thus the dealer installed something to activate it. With AWD you get a viscous coupling which is always engaged, no neutral.

Sounds like a nice truck is it a V8? That is what i want to buy. . .how much may i ask did you pay for it?
