2012 ford explorer won't start

2012 ford explorer dead battery I charged it, went to try and start it all dash lights came on then off and car went start. Any advice would be appreciated.

If the battery is the original one, it's time for a replacement. If it has bad cells it isn't going to hold a charge much less a load on it. Also check the terminal connections (clean/reconnect/make sure they are secure).

As Jason, jmr061, posted, the battery is likely defective, especially if it is the original one. Did the charger indicate a full charge?
