2013 Ford Explorer with blown engine

Engine just blew on my 2013 Ford Explorer XLT with 140,000 miles. Service manager said there were 2 holes in the engine block. I have owned the vehicle since it was new and put every mile on it. Routine maintenance including oil changes performed at the dealership. The vehicle actually had an oil change the day before. I have owned 5 Explorers in my lifetime. Very disappointed Does FORD really stand for Fix Or Repair Daily?

Ya. The water pump is guilty until proven innocent haha. I assume there is more to the story. The fact it was at the dealer the day before it blew up probably has something to do with it haha
