2013 PIU P0158 O2 Sensor Bank 2 Location

I have an engine warning light that occasionally turns on my 2013 Police Explorer with the 3.7L engine. The code is P0158 High Voltage, Bank 2, where is this senor located and what should the voltage be? Thanks in advance.
