I placed an order for a 13 XLT 202a with 2nd row buckets. Ingot silver and charcoal interior. Now I am second guessing that I should change it to the limited with the base 300a and 2nd row buckets. There is about a 3000 price difference because of my A plan. Anyone have any opinions? Need to decide by Thursday!!!!! Pete

I wouldn't, personally the couple extras you get like push start, Sony radio, 20's and ambient lighting aren't worth it to me.

Welcome to the Forum pete2833.:wavey:
I assume you are aware that the 2nd row buckets do not have inboard armrests. The 2nd row console doubles as the armrest if you order it when you finalize your vehicle order. The console cannot be ordered after production of the vehicle is complete.

Hmm, I think either way you're getting an Explorer. That's pretty awesome in my book. :D

Seriously though, whatever you choose will be the best choice for you, therefore it will be the "right" choice. Let me know what you decide on and I'll be happy to keep an eye on your order for you.

I think those extras are worth it to upgrade. once you stop fiddling with keys and only have to walk up to your vehicle to unlock it you'll never want to dig in your pockets for a key again. small upfront price to pay to go to the Limited. go for it.

I was going to get the XLT But got tired of delays for 2nd row buckets so I went with limited. Given that I tend to keep my ride 10 yrs or more I'm enjoying the extras the limited gives & happy i went with limited. In the Burgh you will enjoy remote start in winter & cooled seats in summer. For 3k, your payment per month isn't going to go up much. Memory seat, mirrors & telescope wheel nice to for multiple drivers. 11600 miles since Memorial Day & loving each mile.

To me a 300A Limited is not worth upgrading. Now a 301A would be worth it to me given all the extras in that package.
