Got the call yesterday that our Ex had arrived early in the morning. Ordered on Aug 30, picked up Oct 15. Salesman called early AM saying it had arrived, called after lunch with the good news it was ready and congratulations I had scored $750 Ford cash on the deal. Sooo..., I guess all the brochure ordering and such did pay off. I never have received a physical coupon yet, but it showed in their system. I would like to publicly thank Crystal for the very helpful updates on the progress of our vehicle and to all of you for the information about the Ex in general.
Unfortunately there was a door ding and a paint chip on the doors of the vehicle, so brand new and going into the body shop Monday. The dealership promises I will be pleased when it is fixed. How come you can look at a vehicle on the lot and it appears perfect, but one that is for you has flaws? Oh well, life goes on. More important things to worry about.
Driving the vehicle home, it is awesome! Love the stereo and the HID headlights with the auto-dim. Looking forward to a road trip! Thanks everybody!
