Over 500hp would be near impossible on that engine without ripping it apart and getting crazy. Stock it has 365hp so you are talking about a 40% increase. You can mod the boost for the best result, but even then you will be FAR from your goal of 500hp. Intake, Exhaust, Boost, Tune, etc.. and you may see a 50-60hp increase total depending on how crazy you get w/ the boost.
You will se a 3-5hp gain just by using premium fuel (at least that is what the Ford rep says w/ any EcoBoost engine from the 1.0L to the 3.5L) and premium would be required if you are going to do any serious mods w/ that engine.
Good luck though and say bye bye to your warranty, as anything that extreme will be hard to hide from the dealer.
