2015 Ford Explorer XLT
Hello all, my friend and I just bought a 2015 Ford Explorer XLT a little over a month ago. Recently the wipers go for days at a time even when turned off. I am not sure what to do? Any help appreciated.

Welcome to the Forum.
When you say they "go for days at a time" are you saying they wipe intermittently or constantly as though it were raining? Do you have the 'Rain Sensing Wipers feature? It could be the wiper switch itself or if it is very intermittent and you have that feature, it could be the wiper module.

Hi Peter it has been intermittently going for 3 days or so. Before it would come on and then quit. We don't have rain sensing wipers.

As far as I know, without the rain-sensing feature, the column switch would be the only thing that would be involved in activating the wipers. Perhaps another member may have more info.
