2015 explorer won't start

Hello , wife’s car wouldn’t start today, tried jumping it with cables no luck. Tow truck driver had a heavy duty jumper car started right up. Left it running for 30 minutes and it would not restart. Battery test good. The strange part is the dashboard is going crazy after trying to start it.

Welcome to the Forum.
Even though it tested good, it sounds like a bad battery. There are posts here that mention the dash lighting up like a Christmas tree and found the cause was a bad battery. Is it the original one?
