2015 Ford Explorer P188b, U0401

We got in a 2015 Ford explorer Sport that we changed out the transfer case and rear driveshaft axel. Runs and drives real good but I get “AWD maulfaction” codes P188b, U0401.

What’s been diagnosed so far:
-Awd Actuator replaced
-wires around transfer case

It’s right by the rear dif.
So can you explain to me step D4, whenever I do this step I get 2-4 ohms. Do I change out wires 5/8?
