Driving on regular roads my car will often dip RPM's (ex, drops from 600 to 350ish) when coming to a stop at an intersection. I've had it totally cut out 5 times while coasting to a stop off the highway. I noticed a high fuel trim so I replaced the vaccum hoses. It was from around 10% long term to 2% after the change. sadly this made no difference to the idle dropping. I've also replaced the purge valve in the engine bay and the throttle body, and cleaned the MAF with maf cleaner.

At my wits end now! Any advice?

I wasn't able to get a scan on the highway but I did a live data scan and you can see once the red line (speed) hits 0 the RPM (purple line) in this case dipped to 426, not sure what to look at as I've replaced the throttle body, engine mounts, vacuum line and evap purge valve
