Hey Folks -
Just recently noticed with it getting colder that my heat is not working properly. At idle or normal operation it seems to just blow cold air. If I rev in neutral or heavy accelerate, the heat works temporarily but usually within a minute or less goes back to blowing cool air when it should be blowing hot air. Seems it could be a few things, but any ideas on what’s most probable? I’m thinking since it changed with engine speed, it might be water pump or heater core related? Maybe a faulty thermostat or coolant temperature sensor/switch? Would love to hear what you guys think this is?
