2016 Exporer XLT Rack and Pinion none available

Im in Canada, 2016 Explorer XLT 3.5 at dealership and cant get the rack and pinion no date available could be weeks or months (its been 3 weeks already) I have looked online and cant find one anywhere, Does anyone have any ideas ?
I'm making payments and paying insurance on a vehicle I cant drive and starting to get frustrated.

Yes, it does replace that when it was available but it's showing discontinued.
