2016 XLT Explorer accessory power leads

Good Morning,
I have a 2016 XLT that is being upfitted for (2) radios and without the UI or Police wiring harness installed.

I was wondering if anyone knows of an easier way to get accessory or an "ignition" lead source of power off a lead without dealing with the ATL-3 mini fuses ?
