2017 Explorer Limited Rear Climate Issues -

Hi there,

Recently, anytime I power on my Explorer, the rear climate control is always in the OFF position, regardless of the fact that when the car was turned off, the climate control was ON. This is a newer issues and not one I have experienced until the past couple of months.

Do you know why the Rear Climate Control is defaulting to the OFF position when turning the car on?

I have a 2017 Explorer Limited with Sony & Sync 3.

Welcome to the Forum Ryan.
I'm not sure if this affects the system or not but have you checked the controls on the back of the console to see if possibly the 'locked' button was pushed? Being the only user of my vehicles, I've never used the rear controls.
