2017 sport ticking sound and power loss.

My 2017 explorer sport is making a ticking noise at idle. Then when I put l it in gear and excelerate it doesn't get very much power. Could this have something to do with my turbo? I uploaded a video on YouTube just search the tage line and it will pop up on the site .

Welcome to the Forum Nick.
I can't say that I noticed the noise you mentioned. Just sounds like a normal running engine.
My 2017 Platinum made ticking noises at times when idling. I never bothered with it as I believed it was normal. I also ever had a loss of power. The 2 issues may not be connected.
