2018 Explorer Sport WiFi HotSpot

My 3 Month trail period just ended so I added the Mobil hot spot to my AT&T account but now my Sync does not see the Hot Spot WiFi. My phone does but Sync does not.
Any thoughts?

Welcome to the Forum.
Have you read through the Sync section in your Owner's Manual? There seems to be quite a bit of info there. Sorry I can't help. Don't even have a Smartphone.

Yes. A number of times. Says to remember the name and just select it. I know the name but it does not show up in the Sync WiFi. Shows up on my pone, IPad and in my truck but not in my Explorer.

Did it actually connect to it during the trial period ? I thought SYNC can't use the hotspot for itself.

Yes, worked great for a few Months
