Not happy with our new 2019 Explorer either. Lots of issues - rear power hatch wouldn't work, manually doing it, it doesn't close and let's exhaust in. Still doesn't seal right. Door's don't always open when you have your key on you or just one side will... Front parking sensors don't work - you'll hit something before they even start to go off and that's just creeping towards the garage wall or door. *(Sometimes they work as intended most of the time they don't) Shocking because my last few super duty's have been pretty darn good. Dealer hear is always a month or two backed up...
BTW, vehicle was delivered this way couldn't refuse delivery. Next time I do a complete look thru and PDI before I finish signing paperwork. This was my 31st new car between the wife and I and it was by far the worst experience we've had. There are a lot of other issues, but this isn't the right thread for those...
