202 4.6 V 8 spits out spark plug

Hi, I have a 2002 Explorer with a 4.6 V 8 that has spit out a spark plug on the right side bank, I know I have to replace the cylinder head, just looking for any tips or things to look out for be for I start. Thanks to everone who replies!

There was a thread in here not too long ago where a guy fixed his 4.6l with that kit. You should be able to find it with a little searching.

Take a look here. I opted to do this myself. It probably cost the same as a shop because I had to order the tools.
