2020 Ford Explorer front passenger window replacement

Does anyone have any experience replacing the front driver or passenger window? I know up until the 2020 it was fairly simple. Pretty basic. I took the door panel off and it looks a bit more complex. Any pointers would be helpful. Thanks!

Window is not shattered. Cracked but still operates normal. Just ugly and needs to be replaced.
