Know what about it? AFAIK only Motorcraft makes the main arm piece (with the bushings) on the factory 2 piece design and any aftermarket is a one piece setup or only the 2nd piece not the main arm piece w/bushing. If the Motorcraft part is discontinued then your only option is new old stock to get a new 2-piece style arm if it was damaged.

Do you really need a new one or just replace the bushings on the old one IF you want to keep it a two piece design (for more caster adjustment, if you don't have some preexisting damage to require more caster than stock, you can just replace with the one piece aftermarket design plus a new cam bolt kit).

Thank you very much.
I bought the Detroit Axle front end assembly (upper, lower C.A, inner, outter tie rod, sway bar bushings, stab.bar ends, all 5 shocks.
Wanted bushings for Right side, but old ones not too bad. Car was swimming 2 years on Drivers side.
Can't figure how guy I got it from left it half underwater, new fuel pump, it runs GREAT!! Just shakes you to death. Hopefully all the New suspension parts, Good Allignment, like new,, for a Twenty y.o.

I hope the Detroit Axle parts turn out good but from what I've seen for some of their parts, they are usually junk.

I removed my two piece control arm and pressed in new bushings cost under $50

This is 3rd veh. Using Detroit Axle.
So far, so good. As strange as it sounds, some Moog parts have been the misfits. (I've used them for 40 years, but now they are imported just like the rest)
I'm going with the One PC. Up. C.A.
See how that does, can't get bushings out of top piece.
Let you know how it turns out.
