I really Like the lift the Brian Green has on his truck. Id like to put the same Skyjacker 6in lift on my 2WD sport.
Can anyone give me a rough figure on how much this kit costs? And if its possible to put it on myself. A guy at the local 4WD shop said 5-600 because they have never worked on an Explorer. Ill also need Wheels and tires. Can anyone tell me what will fit after the lift, and how much I should expect to pay for the rims and the best tires to put on my application. Also will I need to purchase anything that is not included in the skyjacker kit to make my truck function properly. Gears? I have 3.73, should I change the ones I have? If I should which ones should I put in?. Thanks for all the Help.0

i asked off road unlimited how much it cost and they said they will have it installed and everything for 1500 bucks. they said there is welding invilved but brian green would probably know better thean me

I too need a lift for my 2WD

Why could we not use the 4" Trailmaster suspension lift and shocks. and a 3" body lift like on John Squirechuk's
1993 Explorer XLT? Or just the 3" body lift isn't that enough?
