I'm sure this has been asked a MILLION times before but....

I know 31 X 10.50's wil fit on a stock explorer. But if i go to a 3" body lift alone can i clear 33" X 12.50's with 15X8 rims offset 3.7???
if not is there an inexpensive suspension lift i can combine with a 2'' or 3" lift to fit them under there.

My father has a '94 with 31's a smitty built bumper, and a WARN 9000lb winch.

I will be selling my Ranger at the end of the summer to get an explorer. (the ranger has 31's also)

I plan on having about $1K to $2K this summer to put into the explorer. Depending on what kind of prcie i can get.

I plan on getting Tires and a lift kit at the bare minium. ( i have a set of chromel rims)
but eventually i will have alum rims, Mustang yellow paint job, bumper and winch, roof rack, etc.
I already have a sound system for it. (AIWA CD/mp3 player, poineer subs/tweeter, amp)

Well let me know what you all think!

Jason

Some people have fit 33's with only 3" body, but most people can't. You could use a coil spacer in front, or longer coil springs and add-a-leaf/ shackles in back. There's more out there just don't have time to write them. lata

you could fit it with another lift on top of that body lift. liek a 1.5 suspension lift. i have the coil sapcer and shackle lift along with my body lift and i know that i could fit 33's with a little inner fenderwell trimming. do a search on the oil spacer and shackle, theres alot of info in here
