Would i be able to use third row seats from a 2002-2005 model in a 2006 Ford Explorer?

I don't believe so since those years still had an solid rear axle and 2006 went to an independent rear. You could call a local automotive recycler and see if they would be able to tell you or if they have the two models maybe you could look at the two setups yourself and determine if mounting locations etc. is the same.
Yeah, thanks for reminding me Ex_PL, it was only the three door sport version that retained the solid rear axle. I love the sport version of those years, and so it's specs. always come out first in my mind.
