3rd row seats stopped working

Buttons in the back are backlit but no motor movement when pushed.
Where do I begin with troubleshooting?

Have you checked the fuse/relay? That's where I would start.

This has probably been figured out already but i Just had this exact problem, got around it by wiggling the relay for the 3rd row seats in the fuse box under the hood, it made an audible clicking sound, and the seats now work. Planning on repalcing the relay.

It's all listed in your Owner's Manual. #78 in the engine bay fuse box is for 3rd row power folding seat module relay.
